Lingual braces

Our lingual braces are a modern take on traditional metal braces, using brackets and archwires that are fitted to the inside surface of your teeth, where they are virtually hidden from others.

How do they work?

We use the Incognito brand of lingual braces, which work the same as traditional metal (or buccal) braces. They are just hidden on the tongue side surface of your teeth, making them a great option for children, teens, and adults that don’t want others to notice their appliances.

Will I notice them?

They do take a bit more getting used to than traditional braces, which are fitted on the front surface of your teeth. As a result your speech will be affected for the first couple of days once they’ve been fitted, but this won’t last long.
